Charles Barkley Doubts Warriors Again, Proven Wrong Again

NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley isn't a believer in the Golden State Warriors, again.

The TNT commentator stood by his word and voiced confidence in the Oklahoma City Thunder to beat Golden State in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals Monday night, according to the SF Gate.

He was wrong.

The Warriors stormed back from a three games to one series hole as well as a double-digit deficit in the first half of Game 7 to upend Oklahoma City 96-88, punching their ticket to the NBA Finals for the second-consecutive season.

This time last year, Barkley wasn't too high on the Warriors toppling LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals. He said a "jump shooting team" wouldn't be able to hoist the Larry O'Brien Trophy, according to the SF Gate.

Golden State took care of the Cavaliers in six games to capture its first title since 1975.

Come Thursday, fans will know who Barkley favors this go around.
