ORLANDO, Fla. – Wide receiver Quinton Patton did not practice Wednesday as he goes through the NFL’s return-to-play protocol after sustaining a concussion in Sunday’s game at Miami.
Patton was the only 49ers player who did not participate in practice at the University of Central Florida. The 49ers are training at UCF before leaving Friday to travel to Chicago. The 49ers face the Bears on Sunday at Soldier Field.
Outside linebacker Aaron Lynch, who has missed the past four games with a high-ankle sprain, was limited in practice on Wednesday.
