Cousins, Kings Come Alive in Third to Take Down Lakers

Down by nine at halftime, the Kings came out of the locker room and found a different gear on their way to a 116-92 win over the Lakers in Sacramento. 

The Kings exploded on the offensive size while playing rock-solid defense in the third quarter. Sacramento outscored its road opponent, 39-13 in the third frame. 

DeMarcus Cousins came away with another double-double. The star big totaled a game-high 31 points and 16 rebounds. Darren Collison was right behind Cousins as the point guard dropped 20 points of his own.

The Kings improved to 9-15 as they snapped a two-game losing streak Monday.
