Kings' Marvin Bagley Ruled Out Vs. Warriors After Injuring Left Knee

SACRAMENTO -- Rookie down. 19-year-old big man Marvin Bagley III took a hard spill in the second quarter of the Kings' battle with the Golden State Warriors Friday evening at Golden 1 Center.

The second overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft was officially ruled out for the game with a sprained left knee.

Bagley injured the leg going up for a rebound. He was knocked off balance and came down awkwardly. He was able to get up and score a basket on the ensuing play, but he immediately went to the locker room after the basket.

In five minutes of action, the rookie posted four points on 2-of-2 shooting and grabbed a lone rebound. We will update his status as we find out more throughout the evening.
