The Kings selected Tyreke Evans with the No. 4 pick in the 2009 NBA Draft and he immediately made his mark.
Evans won the Rookie of the Year after averaging 20.1 points, 5.8 assists and 5.3 rebounds per game. Now at 27 years old though, Evans hasn't lived up to the high expectations.
Evans reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with the Grizzlies on Friday, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Sacramento reacquired Evans this past season in their trade that sent DeMarcus Cousins to the Pelicans. He averaged 11.6 points in 14 games during his Kings reunion.
Over his eight-year career, Evans has averaged 16.1 points, 5.1 assists and 4.8 rebounds per game.
The deal deal is reportedly for $3.3 million.
