Report: Kings Agree to Deal With PG Jordan Farmar

Two weeks after inking Ty Lawson to a deal, the Kings appear to be adding more depth to the bottom of the roster.

The Kings and veteran point guard Jordan Farmar have reportedly agreed to a deal, according to David Pick.

Details of the deal are unknown, but the Kings currently have 15 players with guaranteed contracts, as well as rookie Isaiah Cousins and third-year guard/forward Lamar Patterson.

The 29-year-old UCLA product played in 12 games for Dave Joerger and the injury-ravaged Memphis Grizzlies at the end of the 2015-16 season. He averaged 9.2 points, 3.1 assists and 2.1 rebounds per contest during that stretch.

In nine seasons between the Lakers, Nets, Clippers and Grizzlies, Farmar is averaging 7.7 points, 2.9 assists and 1.9 rebounds per game.
