NFL Rumors: Raiders Likely to Stay at No. 4, Draft a Defensive Lineman

We're inching closer to the NFL Draft in Nashville, which means a lot of questions will finally be answered. And until then, we get to sift through rumors and see what some of the big names with huge Rolodexes have to say about the upcoming event.

When it comes to the Raiders, another interesting tidbit has surfaced with a source of ESPN's Todd McShay's telling him they think the Raiders won't do anything different and stick the No. 4 pick and "take an impact, defensive lineman."

"Such as [Quinnen] William or [Ed] Oliver, or perhaps [Josh] Allen if he's still on the board," McShay wrote in his notes. "But I've also heard LSU linebacker Devin White's name mentioned. If Oakland stays put, it will get a top player for its defense."

White was recently in town to visit the Raiders. NBC Sports California's Scott Bair talked a lot about him saying although he may not be "a glaring need" for the Silver and Black, the Raiders have made it clear, they want to take a player with the best upside at any position. And while that isn't a surprise across any team, if Williams and Nick Bosa are gone by the time it's their turn, White could be a safe and efficient pick at No. 4.

Stay tuned ... there are just a few days left.
