Kizer, 23, played in three games last season for Green Bay. He completed just 47.6 percent of his passes and tossed two interceptions while failing to throw a touchdown.

Coach Jon Gruden and the Raiders' front office had a look at Kizer this preseason when Oakland faced the Packers in Winnipeg. Kizer completed four of his seven pass attempts for 24 yards and was intercepted by the Raiders.
Kizer joins quarterbacks Derek Carr, Nathan Peterman and Mike Glennon on the Raiders' roster.
