Raiders' Antonio Brown Catches Balls in Wild Strobe Glasses Workout

Antonio Brown and the Raiders are training hard for the upcoming season.

But AB is taking that practice to another level with his latest workout that involved a Bosu balancing ball, resistance bands and strobe glasses:

I wasn't sure what strobe glasses were either, so I Googled it.

These types of shades possess blinking liquid-crystal lenses that change from a transparent view to a more opaque view and force your visual system to see in difficult conditions, according to an article on the Vision Therapy Calgary website.

The lenses, along with the balancing exercises, have been known to "improve visual span, better peripheral awareness, better visualization technique and dynamic visual activity."

Many patients have said they are able to see the ball moving more slowly which allows them to better catch and react.

So, just picture Barry Bonds swinging at a beach ball and that beach ball is moving at a gradual rate.

Brown is doing this while he's balanced on one leg with resistance bands attached to his wrists.

I know the term "don't try this at home," is used a lot, but please don't try this at home.
