Sharks to Honor Warriors With Themed Games in 2016-17

SAN JOSE -– The Western Conference Champion San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today a unique promotion with Bay Area NBA franchise the Golden State Warriors (@Warriors).

The Sharks will honor the Western Conference Champion Golden State Warriors at a regular season home game on Saturday, February 4 when they host the Arizona Coyotes at SAP Center at 7:30 p.m. All fans in attendance will receive a Sharks-Warriors Mash-Up jersey upon entering SAP Center. Additionally, San Jose Sharks players will wear special Warriors-themed jerseys during warm-ups that will later be auctioned to fans as a fundraiser for the Sharks Foundation.

As previously announced, SAP Center at San Jose, home of the Sharks, will host a Golden State Warriors preseason game on Thursday, October 6 at 7:30 p.m. when the Warriors host the Sacramento Kings. The first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a bobblehead of Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson wearing a Sharks jersey as they enter the building. Tickets to the Warriors preseason game at SAP Center are on-sale now and may be purchased online via ticketmaster.com or in person at the SAP Center ticket office.

Individual game tickets to San Jose Sharks games for the 2016-'17 season are not yet on-sale to the public.
