Durant: Greek Freak Favorite to Watch, Has ‘best Player to Ever Play' Potential

In his latest way of connecting with fans on YouTube, Kevin Durant answered questions through a video for nearly 20 minutes on Friday.

One fan asked the Warriors' star forward who his favorite player is to watch in the NBA. Durant mentioned Steph Curry, but had to go with someone other than his two-time MVP teammate.

"Greek Freak, probably the No. 1 guy I like to watch," Durant said. He also brought up both CJ McCollum of the Blazers and Pelicans big man Anthony Davis before continuing on about Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo.

"Greek Freak I think is a force. I've never seen anything like him," Durant said. "His ceiling is probably -- he could end up being the best player to ever play if he really wanted to. That's pretty scary to think about.

"He's by far my favorite player to watch."

Antetokounmpo, 22, broke out for a career year last season as he averaged 22.9 points, 8.8 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.6 steals per game. He became the fifth player in NBA history to lead his team in points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals in one season.
