Kevin Durant, Steph Curry Earn All-NBA Selections

The All-NBA teams were announced on Thursday morning.

Kevin Durant made All-NBA First Team for the sixth time in his career -- and first since 2013-14.

Steph Curry was named All-NBA Third Team -- his fifth straight year making one of the three teams.

Durant received 63 first-team votes and 37 second-team votes.

Curry received two first-team votes, 39 second-team votes and 37 third-team votes. He fell one point shy of DeMar DeRozan, who made the second team with 165 points.

The two-time MVP made the first team in 2015 and 2016 and the second team in 2014 and 2017.

It wasn't a sure thing that Curry would make an All-NBA team this season because he was limited to just 51 regular season games.

He averaged 26.4 points, 6.1 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 1.6 steals, while shooting 49.5 percent from the field and 42.3 percent from deep.

Durant averaged 26.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.8 blocks, while shooting 51.6 percent from the field and 41.9 percent from deep.

He did not make an All-NBA team in 2014-15 because of injury and was All-NBA Second Team in 2016 and 2017 (behind LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard).

Draymond Green fell short this season, after making the second team in 2016 and third team last year. He registered six points.

Klay Thompson, who was All-NBA Third team in 2015 and 2016, received two third-team votes.

The teams:

First Team: James Harden, Damian Lillard, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis

Second Team: Russell Westbrook, DeMar DeRozan, Giannis Antetokounmpo, LaMarcus Aldridge, Joel Embiid

Third Team: Steph Curry, Victor Oladipo, Jimmy Butler, Paul George, Karl-Anthony Towns
