The reported sign-and-trade deal involving D'Angelo Russell and Kevin Durant is expected to become official on Saturday when the NBA moratorium ends.
The pending transaction between the Warriors and Nets also includes the Timberwolves, who reportedly will be acquiring Shabazz Napier, Treveon Graham and cash from Golden State.
In addition, the Dubs reportedly are sending a future first-round pick to Brooklyn:

But apparently, they probably won't end up giving the Nets a first rounder after all, as ESPN's Bobby Marks revealed the following Wednesday morning on KNBR 680:

"The pick that's going out in the sign-and-trade with Brooklyn and Golden State is really heavily protected that it will eventually turn into a second-round pick I think."
The exact protections remain unclear, as well as which year this pick is scheduled to be conveyed.
But it's still very good news for the Warriors because Golden State had to send a future first-round pick to Memphis in the reported Andre Iguodala trade.
That pick is Top 4 protected in 2024, Top 1 protected in 2025 and unprotected in 2026, a league source told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

This means that if the Warriors' 2024 first-round pick lands outside the Top 4 (which absolutely should be the case), it goes to Memphis and the trade is complete.
In summation, it sounds like the Dubs are without one future first-round selection and not two.
