NBA Rumors: Klay Thompson Undergoes Surgery to Repair Torn Left ACL

Warriors guard Klay Thompson tore his left ACL during Game 6 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors.

That was 19 days ago.

On Tuesday, Klay finally underwent surgery to repair the ligament, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

According to his agent, the five-time All-Star is expected to return in five to seven months:

That means there actually is a chance Klay returns to game action in early December. That seems ...

... unrealistic.

But as former WarriorAndre Iguodala (that's weird to say) said two weeks ago: "He's a fast healer."

The two-time All-NBA selection really is as tough as they come.

Klay recently agreed to a five-year max contract with the Dubs worth $190 million.
