It's been a handful of years since Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors have been considered anything other than the presumptive title favorites.

But after a free-agency week that saw a record-breaking number of players and picks changing hands, the Warriors enter the 2019-20 season with the fifth-best odds at a championship according to vegasinsider.com.

Curry appears unfazed by all of the transition, as he made his annual trek to South Lake Tahoe for the American Century Championship, a celebrity-am tournament that features an extensive list of former and current star athletes. Last year, CBS NFL Analyst Tony Romo edged out former Oakland A's All-Star Mark Mulder to win the event.

Seen speaking with media members Thursday morning, Curry was explaining how he is excited for the Warriors to be seen as "underdogs" this upcoming season.

Curry can also be seen excitedly reuniting with his former teammate Andre Iguodala, who was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies on July 7 in order to help Joe Lacob and the organization climb out from the repeater luxury tax penalty.

The pair famously are big-time golfers, as they earned an opportunity to play Augusta National, the site of The Masters, as a reward for their first championship from Steve Kerr.

Both Iguodala and Curry will be participating in this weekend's  tournament, with the first round getting underway Friday morning from Edgewood Tahoe.
