Stephen Curry Sprains Knee in NBA Playoffs

As the first half ended Sunday, Stephen Curry slipped and appeared to injure his right leg.

Curry grabbed for the area around his knee and hobbled to the locker room.

During the halftime break, the Warriors announced that Curry injured his right knee and was available to return. Prior to the start of the second half, Curry came out with the team and tried to warm up. After doing several drills, he met with the Warriors' training staff and walked back to the locker room. Shaun Livingston started the second half.

Five minutes into the second half, the Warriors announced Curry sprained his right knee and would not return to the game.

The reigning MVP had missed Games 2 and 3 with a right ankle injury.

In his first action since Saturday, April 16, Curry scored six points in the first half on 2-of-9 shooting from the field and 1-of-7 shooting from 3-point distance.
