The Giants finally know when they'll get their ace back.
Madison Bumgarner will make his 2018 debut with the Giants on Tuesday, June 5 against the D'backs. Manager Bruce Bochy made the announcement Tuesday in Colorado.
Before then, Bumgarner will make a rehab start with High-A San Jose on Thursday night. He's expected to throw 70-75 pitches against Visalia.
Bumgarner has been out since a line drive broke his pinky during spring training.
