Derek Carr has been working hard this offseason to hone his craft, and Jon Gruden and Raider Nation sure hope it's paying off.
Thanks to a number of offseason social media posts, we know the Raiders quarterback has been working hard to jell together with new superstar wide receiver Antonio Brown.
We've gotten very few glimpses of Carr showing off his work on deep passes this offseason, however. While Carr has taken heat for his lack of down-the-field throws over the past few seasons, he posted a throwback Instagram from 2013 to remind everyone that he's quite the accurate deep-ball thrower.
Alright, that's some impressive touch.

If Carr can bring that kind of deep-ball accuracy to the field this fall, he and Brown should be a very electrifying duo.
