A judge has sentenced former 49ers and Raiders lineman Kwame Harris to five days behind bars for beating up his ex-boyfriend last year.
He is scheduled to report to jail on February 8.
According to the San Mateo Daily Journal, a judge also ordered Harris to go to counseling.
Plus, he has to pay $700 to a shelter for battered spouses and a domestic violence fund.
A jury convicted Harris of assaulting his ex-boyfriend outside a Menlo Park restaurant last summer during an argument over table manners.
His lawyer said he plans on appealing the conviction.
