Baseball lovers will now have an opportunity to convert a non-fan into cheering for the Giants.
The San Francisco Giants has teamed up with SportsHosts where fans can sign up to host international students, tourists or somebody who has just moved to the Bay Area and watch the game together at the Oracle Park.
Giants fans who knows the do's and don'ts of baseball are encouraged to be a part of the program.
"I mean that scoreboard, understanding all of those things on that scoreboard takes some doing, and then just talking about the rules, who the players are, and just really introducing them--most people have never seen baseball before so this is their first introduction to it," a spokesperson said.
