Trailing by two runs in Milwaukee on Sunday with their taxed bullpen involved, the Giants found a way yet again to rally, pulling out a 5-4 win over the Brewers in the series finale at American Family Field.
Brandon Belt, arguably the Giants' hottest hitter, wasn't in the starting lineup with lefty Brett Anderson on the mound for the Brewers. But when manager Gabe Kapler used his first baseman to pinch-hit, he delivered again.
With the Giants trailing 4-2 in the seventh, Belt crushed a two-run homer off lefty reliever Daniel Norris for his fourth long ball in the three-game series in Milwaukee.

Belt now has 15 homers this season, and if he can stay healthy over the final seven weeks of the season, he should reach 20 dingers in a season for the first time in his 11-year MLB career.
Tommy La Stella, fresh off the Injured List just like Belt, came through with the go-ahead hit in the eighth inning, driving in Brandon Crawford with a single to center.
Zack Littell, recalled from Triple-A Sacramento on Saturday, recorded a six-out save because Jake McGee and Tyler Rogers were unavailable after both pitched the last three nights.

The Giants lost the opener of the series on Friday, and they honestly had no business winning the last two games, but their never-say-die attitude wouldn't allow them to go down without a fight.
After a draining series in Milwaukee, the Giants get a day off Monday to rest and regroup before opening a two-game series with Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday at Oracle Park.
