Giants Vs. Cardinals Lineups: Jaylin Davis to Make Major League Debut

The St. Louis Cardinals have been on absolute fire as of late, which is good news for them, but bad news for the Giants who are in the midst of a four-game series.

Taking the mound for the Orange and Black will be Madison Bumgarner who hopes to detain that blaze. He's been pitching well holding opponents to just eight runs in 32 innings.

Overall this season, MadBum has posted a 2.81 ERA over his last 13 starts -- the Giants have won 11 of those outings.

But ...

Michael Wacha will get the ball for the Cards and is 2-0 with a 1.50 ERA in six career starts against the Giants. It'll be his first time facing them this season.

Power-hitting prospect, Jaylin Davis got his MLB call-up on Wednesday and will start in right-field, batting seventh for the Giants. Corban Joseph, who was claimed off waivers from the A's after he was designated for assignment, will get starting honors at second base making his debut with San Francisco.

Here are how the lineups look to shape up as the Cardinals play host to the Giants on Wednesday. You can follow the action on NBC Sports Bay Area or by downloading and streaming on the MyTeams app
