Is Steph Curry Going to Start in Game 3? Steve Kerr's Answer Is Crystal Clear

Steve Kerr delivered some bad news to Nick Young on Wednesday afternoon:

Steph Curry will start in Game 3 on Friday night in New Orleans.

"Oh yeah, yeah. He'll start Game 3," Kerr told Damon Bruce of 95.7 The Game. "You don't keep a guy like that on the bench for long ... now that the focus shifts and there's a few days until the next game, he's gonna play a few more minutes -- so he'll be in the starting lineup."

Young started the first two games against the Pelicans -- playing just under 21 minutes in Game 1 and about 11 minutes in Game 2.

Curry recorded 28 points, seven rebounds, three steals, two assists and six turnovers in 27 minutes in his first game action since March 23.

One can assume that Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant and Draymond Green will definitely start on Friday night.

The fifth player to join them is the question mark.

Will it be Andre Iguodala or Kevon Looney?

Don't expect Kerr to reveal that until he has to -- about 30 minutes before tipoff.
