SACRAMENTO -- One point guard stepped forward for the Sacramento Kings on Saturday afternoon and another left the game early.
Darren Collison woke up from his mini-slump, scoring 12 points on 6-of-12 shooting before the intermission.
While Collison was getting loose, veteran Ty Lawson went to the locker room early after catching an errant shoulder against the Grizzlies.
X-rays were inconclusive on the 29-year-old guard, but the Kings sent him in for a precautionary CT scan to rule out a facial fracture. He has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
