The debate is over.
Michael Jordan isn't the Greatest of All Time. It's LeBron James.
Well, according to LeBron himself, that is.
In a video posted by Uninterrupted, LeBron recounted the moment he deemed himself the GOAT.
Brace yourself, Warriors fans.
LeBron believes that when the Cavs came back from a 3-1 deficit to beat the 73-9 Warriors in the 2016 NBA Finals, he became the GOAT.
"That one right there made me the greatest player of all time," LeBron said during a series entitled "More Than An Athlete" on ESPN+. "That's what I felt.

"I was super, super ecstatic to win one for Cleveland because of the 52-year drought. Like, I was ecstatic. The first wave of emotion when everybody saw me crying was for all 52 years, for everything in sports that had gone on in Cleveland. And then after I stopped, I was like, 'That one right there made you the greatest player of all time.'
That Warriors team didn't have Kevin Durant yet, but it still broke the Chicago Bulls' NBA regular-season record of 72 wins. They took a 3-1 lead in the Finals and were on the verge of back-to-back NBA titles. Then Draymond Green was suspended for Game 5, and the Cavs seized momentum. They came back to Oakland and stunned the Warriors in Game 7.
"Everybody was like how they're the greatest team of all-time, they were the greatest team ever assembed," LeBron said. "And for us to come back, the way we came back in that fashion, I was like 'You did something special.' That was probably one of the only times in my career where I've felt, 'Oh, s***, you did something special." I haven't really had time to sit back and think, but that was the moment."
LeBron averaged 29.7 points, 11.3 rebounds and 8.9 assists during that seven-game series. He also had one huge block on Andre Iguodala.
But we'd like to remind LeBron of two things.
1. Kyrie Irving hit the series-winning 3-pointer over Steph Curry with 53 seconds remaining in Game 7.
2. Jordan went 6-0 in NBA Finals. LeBron is 3-6.
We applaud LeBron for having the bravado to say the debate is over, but we're not ready for it to end.
