Man Attacked In Bathroom During Giants Game

Grass Valley man accused of fatal DUI is bathroom assailant at AT&T.

Police arrested a 26-year old Grass Valley resident for allegedly attacking another man in an AT&T Park bathroom during a San Francisco Giants game on Sunday, according to reports.

Christopher Torii Smith, 26, was arrested for the 6:42 p.m. assault, which occurred during the Dodgers-Giants game, according to police.

The 21-year old victim was approached in a bathroom and attacked on the ground, according to reports.

Smith fled the ballpark following the attack but was arrested outside in Lefty O'Doul Plaza, according to the San Francisco Appeal online newspaper. He was booked on battery, vandalism and public intoxication charges, the newspaper reported.

The victim has a laceration on his lip from Smith's fists, the newspaper reported.

Smith is in trouble for fatally striking two people in a Nevada crosswalk while under the influence of marijuana, according to reports. He is due in court in May 2013 in Washoe County, Nevada.
