NBA All-Star Draft: Curry Will Go Against Warriors Teammates Durant, Thompson

The trade deadline came and went, but that wasn't the only drama in the NBA landscape Thursday afternoon.

No, the All-Star teams had to be decided. Playground style.

Team LeBron and Team Giannis alternated picks in the All-Star Draft on Thursday, with James picking first among the starters, and Antetokounmpo picking first among the reserves. James also had the first pick among the special team roster additions, Dallas' Dirk Nowitzki and Miami's Dwyane Wade.

Kevin Durant and Steph Curry are teammates on the Warriors, but after being the first two picks of the draft, they'll be on opposite sides at the 2019 All-Star Game in Charlotte. Durant was the first overall selection by James, while Anteokounmpo took Curry with his first pick, returning the favor from last year.

Klay Thompson was the fourth player selected among the reserves, ending up on Team LeBron with Durant.
