The 28-year-old Joyner played in 15 games for the Rams this past season. He recorded one interception, one fumble recovery, one sack and 78 total tackles.
Joyner joins a safety corps that includes Marcus Gilchrist, Erik Harris, Karl Joseph and Dallin Leavitt.
