NFL Power Rankings Week 16: Raiders Pass 49ers in Race for No. 1 Pick

The NFL's upper class has suffered some losses lately, but it doesn't change much at the top. One late loss doesn't make a bad team, and most are in firm control of their respective divisions.

There's a dogfight afoot between Pittsburgh and Baltimore in the AFC North, and in the AFC West, where the Chargers refuse to let Kansas City run away with the title.

A victory over Seattle Sunday took the 49ers out of pole position for the first pick, leaving Arizona and the Raiders at the NFL's final three-win teams. It's possible neither team wins again, in which case the Cardinals would secure No. 1 overall.

There's plenty to work out as this season winds down, with several teams in the middle of the pack alive and fighting for a few spots.
