The Raiders won't be playing in San Francisco or Santa Clara in 2019.
They will stay right where they are and play their home games at the Oakland Coliseum. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that the team and the Coliseum Authority have reached an agreement for the 2019 season.

On Feb. 15, NBC Sports California's Scott Bair reported that the two sides were making progress on a deal.

The Raiders explored several options over the last few months, but couldn't work out another deal. The team talked to the Giants about playing at Oracle Park, but the 49ers refused to waive their territorial rights, ending that possibility.
Following the 2019 season, the Raiders are expected to move into their new stadium in Las Vegas.
