Amari Cooper is on his way out of Oakland.
Rumored to be on the trade block for the past week, the wide receiver has been dealt to the Dallas Cowboys, Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie confirmed Monday to reporters in Alameda.
McKenzie says Stephen Jones called this morning and offered the first round pick. That made things happen.

ESPN's Josina Anderson first reported news of the trade, and ESPN's Adam Schefter revealed the compensation as a first-round pick.

Coach Jon Gruden and the Raiders now will have three first-round selections in 2019 -- their own, the Bears' pick acquired in the Khalil Mack trade and now the Cowboys' choice.
NFL Network reported last week that the Raiders were shopping Cooper and safety Karl Joseph, another former first-round pick.
Cooper, who was Oakland's first-round pick (No. 4 overall) in 2015, was a Pro Bowl selection in his first two seasons, then was plagued by dropped passes and injuries. He ends his Raiders career with 225 catches for 3,183 yards and 19 touchdowns.
