Joe Nathan reportedly found a new home.
The 42-year old agreed to terms on a minor-league deal with the Nationals, according to Jon Heyman.
Nathan made three appearances for the Cubs in 2016, but was released in early August.
He then signed with the Giants, and did not allow a run over seven appearances (4.1 innings).
He was an All-Star in 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013.
According to the report, Nathan could earn north of $3 million in 2017 if he reaches certain incentives.
