Gordon Hayward is reportedly leaving Utah.
The All-Star forward plans to sign with the Celtics, according to ESPN's Chris Haynes.
He will reunite with Boston head coach Brad Stevens -- who coached Hayward at Butler.
The Jazz selected Hayward with the ninth overall pick in the 2010 draft.
Hayward averaged career-highs in points (21.9) and rebounds (5.4) last season.
He shot over 47 percent from the field and just under 40 percent from deep.
