Just say no to trade-downs. According to a published report, the Sacramento Kings have declined an offer from the Los Angeles Clippers to move out of the No. 2 overall selection in exchange for the No. 12 and No. 13 picks in Thursday's draft.

It's unclear if there were players or future considerations included in the reported offer, but Sacramento is more than happy with the second overall pick in the draft. It would take a much better offer than two late-lottery selection to get them to budge, and even then, they may not be willing to move the pick.
The Kings have been mulling a trio of prospects for the pick, including Slovenian wing Luka Doncic, Duke big man Marvin Bagley III and Missouri's Michael Porter Jr. Arizona center Deandre Ayton is expected to go No. 1 overall to the Phoenix Suns.
