Meier Headlines Sharks Development Camp Roster

The Sharks have released the full roster for this year's summer development camp, which begins on Friday and culminates with a scrimmage at Sharks Ice on Tuesday, July 12.

Timo Meier, the ninth overall pick in the 2015 draft, headlines the group. The 19-year-old is coming off of a stellar season in juniors, and could find himself on the opening night NHL roster with a strong showing in camp and again in main training camp in September.

Other prospects in camp include 2014 first round pick Nikolay Goldobin, 2015 second round pick Jeremy Roy; AHL All-Star forward Barclay Goodrow; 2016 second round pick Dylan Gambrell, and other highly regarded prospects including Noah Rod (second round, 2014) and Rourke Chartier (fifth round, 2014).

Unlike previous years, the Sharks will allow the public access to one of the practice sessions on Monday, June 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Sharks Ice. The scrimmage is limited for Sharks season ticket holders on a first come, first served basis.
