The Sharks looked sluggish at times in a 4-3 shootout loss to the New York Rangers. It was their first game back from a three-game road trip played in three different time zones, but the team was asked after the game if something else was also at play.
Some of the Sharks were at Drake's concert Monday night at Oracle Arena. A reporter asked coach Peter DeBoer and forward Joe Pavelski if there was any concern about a late night after a long trip.
Their answer? No.

Professional sports teams are becoming more concerned about their players' sleep, especially in light of demanding travel schedules. Was being up all night why the Sharks started from the bottom in a game that wasn't the best they ever had? They said it was the furthest thing.
