The Warriors won't face the Cavs on Christmas Day this year, but they will still see LeBron James.
Multiple sources have confirmed to NBC Sports Bay Area's Monte Poole that the Lakers and Warriors will play in Oakland on December 25. No word on what time slot the game will get.
The New York Times' Marc Stein was first to report news of the Lakers-Warriors Christmas Day matchup.
The NBA will release the Opening Week, Christmas Day and MLK Day schedules on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Stein, two of the other games will be the 76ers against the Celtics and the Bucks against the Knicks.
The Blazers will travel to Utah to face the Jazz on Christmas, according to ESPN's Chris Haynes.

A vintage dose of Celtics/Sixers, Giannis and the Bucks at MSG against the Knicks and (you guessed it) LeBron's Lakers in Oakland to face the Warriors are the highlights of the NBA's Christmas Day schedule that will be announced Wednesday afternoon, league sources tell @NYTSports— Marc Stein (@TheSteinLine) August 8, 2018
