VIDEO: Buster Posey Catches Bullpen Session

We've noted a couple of items that indicate Buster Posey is progressing well in his rehab.

First there was Buster playing catch (or, talking about it with Amy G. of CSN). Then there was Posey reaching a "milestone" by catching live balls for eight minutes.

Now there's a video Posey posted himself, of him catching live balls in a batting cage.

Posey posted the video on WhoSay, which is some sort of a celeb personal Twitpic type of thing, and made note of how awesome Game 6 of the World Series was.

"What an incredible game last night!" Posey wrote. "Great for baseball. I’ve been working hard in my rehab program and making strides each day. Here is a video clip of me catching a bullpen session yesterday."

Obviously there's not that much we can take from this video, because it's short and Posey isn't leaping up and down from his squat or anything.

But remember, it's really early in the rehab process for Posey, and to have him already catching a bullpen session is tremendous and means he's hopefully on track to make it back in time for the start of the 2012 season.
