Brandon Molale grew up in Concord and attended Clayton Valley High School. Last year, he refereed but this year, he joined in with a team of local friends and family. This is the first time he's played since filming.

Twenty teams entered the event which raises money for local charities. This year's is Shelter Inc. of Contra Costa County, which is dedicated to preventing homelessness.

A group from the south bay called, "Underground Dizzle Bizzle" or UDB, practices in parking garages twice a week, year round.

According to Katie of returning champs,Team Deathball, the key to tournament success is to work as a team. One Deathball tactic - one team member calls out a number that identifies a player on the other team, then all the Deathball members fire on that player.
