There were a lot of changes for the Warriors this offseason.
Kevin Durant, Andre Iguodala, Shaun Livingston, DeMarcus Cousins and Quinn Cook departed the Bay for another team or retirement in Livingston's case. D'Angelo Russell was added in a sign-and-trade that sent Durant to the Nets, while the Dubs drafted Jordan Poole, Eric Paschall and Alen Smailagic. The Warriors also added Willie Cauley-Stein, Glenn Robinson III, Alec Burks and Omari Spellman to the round out the roster.
The Warriors also made the move across the Bay from Oracle Arena to Chase Center, That move also forced star Klay Thompson to get a place closer to work.
"Came a long way from Oracle, it's dear to my heart, but this is like state-of-the-art," Thompson told NBC Sports Bay Area's Grant Liffmann and Drew Schiller at Warriors Media Day. "I still have a home in East Bay. It's the first home I ever purchased, so I got a special place in my heart for that. But I did get a place in San Francisco -- I will never tell you guys -- but I am in the city now."
A move to a new home is big, especially for a dog, but Thompson's bulldog Rocco is handling it well.
"He does [have to learn a new area], but luckily -- quick hint -- I'm right by a park," Thompson told the Warriors Outsiders.

Thompson won't get to play in Chase Center until he's fully recovered from the torn ACL he suffered in Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals against the Raptors, an injury that will keep him out at least until the All-Star break,
The three-time NBA champion spent his summer laying low and traveling with his girlfriend after shooting some scenes for the upcoming movie "Space Jam."
"It's all done, your boy is going for the Oscar nod," Thompson joked about the film. "Supporting, best-animated film, I don't know."
