With the Warriors hosting the Nuggets on Friday, it could paint a daunting task. Denver is 6-10 against the Dubs since Steve Kerr was announced as the teams' successor.
The Warriors currently sit just one game ahead of the Nuggets who are coming off of a 115-99 win over the Lakers on Wednesday. Still, when these two teams met in January, the Warriors were on point ... literally. The team hit 21 3-pointers with eight of them coming from the hands of Stephen Curry. Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant each had five to their names.
And with the latest reunion between the Nuggets and Warriors, it will take a different look from the last time -- DeMarcus Cousins has since returned from his injury and Thompson is expected to return from a knee injury he suffered during a loss to the Magic.
