Gabe Kapler already has a past of coaching Brandon Belt -- well, sort of.
The newly named Giants manager who traded in his Philly pinstripes for the orange and black reminded us of a memory from last year:

On a 3-1 count during a Giant-Phillies game, Belt was up to bat and squared to bunt. Kapler, who was managing the Phillies, looked from the dugout and smiled from the and shouted "swing!"
There were more expletives involved, but you get the idea.

The Giants' first baseman must have heard the demand because he took a hack for a single to right field.
