Believe it or not, there are some who aren't dismissing playoff chances completely for the Raiders. Josh Norris is one of them -- but he's still unsure.
"It's a fair question," Norris said. "I mean, the Raiders do have wins over the Broncos, the Colts and the Bears. I'm not sure if I know the exact identity of this team yet, both offensively and defensively -- there aren't really any standout players, and the schedule gets very, very difficult. The Packers, the Texans and the Lions ... So despite beating this Bears team, who actually came back in that game with Chase Daniel at quarterback, again when I look at playoff contenders that I'm certain of in Week 5 that would still be relevant in Week 13, I'm not sure if I could put the Raiders in that conversation yet."
Pay attention to the strength of schedule for fantasy impact. The road will not be easy for the Raiders over the next few weeks minus the upcoming bye week.
But then there's Josh Jacobs -- Norris is a bit frustrated when it comes to his situation, but only because the team is not utilizing him more in the passing game.
Norris will say this every week, so be prepared.
But, there's a possibility the young running back evens himself out after coming off such a strong week. This means if you have the opportunity to look elsewhere, go for it.

He ran for 123 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries and added 20 yards on three catches in the win over the Bears in London. These were his first touchdowns since Week 1. Expect that to cool off.
We will probably wait until forever for Jacobs to get his chance at the passing game.
