Dell's Four Sexy Smartphones: Are They Real?

If these top-secret leaked pics snagged by Engadget are for real, it looks like Dell has a veritable deluge of smartphones on the way. Not content withleaking pics of Streak

, the sweet-looking line of tablet PCs, now Dell appears to be reaching for the Thunder, Lightning, Smoke, and Flash.

Some Dell suit must have been really bored by the company's nondescript Mini3, because these alleged prototypes are packing some serious design cred, headed up by the Lightning (pictured above), a portrait slider with a 4.1-inch OLED display that runs Windows Phone 7. This one has it all, including Flash support as soon as Microsoft adds that to Windows Phone 7 next year. The scuttlebutt has this hotshot rolling out in the fourth quarter of this year.

Then there's a trio of sexy smartphones running Android 2.1 with lots of Dell modifications, including the Flash with its curved glass sides, the Thunder with a bigger 4.1-inch screen and 8-megapixel camera (and maybe even Hulu on board), and then there's Smoke, a candybar with a tiny 2.8-inch screen and physical keyboard.

Just look at how thin they all are! There's nothing official from Dell about any of these phones, so at this point we're treating them as unobtainable cellphone porn.
