Did the Google Nexus Two Just Get Leaked?

Google's flagship Nexus One phone was a pretty important smartphone. It was the first official Google phone that the search-engine company completely endorsed and sold on its online store (now defunct).

The folks at Gizmodo who accurately leaked the iPhone 4 are claiming that the Nexus Two is real.

Gizmodo's trusted sources say that the Nexus Two will be made by Samsung — the Nexus One was made by HTC. The Nexus Two will reportedly be very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S smartphones that the Korean company currently sells worldwide.

Similar to how Apple slims down its iPhone, the Nexus Two will look like a Samsung Galaxy S with a slimmer body and curved back. Its screen size is said to be a 4-inch Super AMOLED display with a front facing camera for video chat. The smartphone should be running Android 3.0 a.k.a. Gingerbread.

Samsung sent out invitations to the press for a special announcement on November 8. Gizmodo expects the Nexus Two to be announced at this event.

Would you wait for a Nexus Two? Guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.
