The social networking site's millions of users are going to be introduced to voice chat in the coming weeks. The application, created by Vivox, will alllow Facebook users to have high-quality voice conversations, similar to talking on a phone.

But the app could become an even bigger time whore once a planned roll out to open up the service to non Facebook users goes live. Vivox eventually wants to offer dial-in numbers for those outside the Facebook world to connect with the younger demographic.
