Bay Area customers of Google's Express delivery service will soon need to find a new alternative.
The company plans to close its Google Express delivery hubs in San Francisco and Mountain View, according to sources reported by Re/code.
Google hasn't commented on the decision.
Last month, the publication noted imminent plans for Google Express workers to unionize.
Google Express still appears to operate in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Boston and Washington, D.C.
Meanwhile, rival Amazon might be going ahead with plans for a drive-thru grocery store in Sunnyvale.
