A New Mexico man is alleged to have brutally beaten his friend to death last week because he believed he was turning into a zombie, NBC News reported.
Damon Perry watched “The Walking Dead” on Netflix and drank malt liquor with a friend, a spokesman for Grants Police told NBC News.
Perry told police his friend tried “to bite him,” according to a statement from authorities.
He allegedly reacted by beating his friend with his hands, feet, and also used an electric guitar, kitchen knives and a microwave, NBC News reported.
