Brandon Gross isn't your typical college student -- he's 14.
Gross, a junior at the University of California, Irvine, is double majoring in quantitative economics and math, with a minor in classics. He eventually wants to run his own business -- so spare us the Doogie Howser, M.D. jokes.
Gross earned his prodigy status early on. He was speaking in full sentences at age 1. By age 4, he read a complete Harry Potter novel. In first grade, he scored a 150 on an IQ test, the Orange County Register reported.
The 14-year-old stays on campus two nights a week, and then crashes with his parents the rest of the week.
"When other students see him in the dorm, they don't offer him beer -- they offer him lollipops," his mother told the Register.
