Less Feces, More Homelessness During Breed's First Year

The NBC Bay Area Investigative Unit spoke to San Francisco Mayor London Breed and reviewed thousands of city records to determine what her administration has accomplished, and what it has been unable to achieve over the past year regarding the city’s most pressing issues, including homelessness and the infamous amount of trash, needles, and human waste strewn across streets and sidewalks.
